Processing & Shipping

All pre-order items are expected to ship within 3–4 weeks from the date your order is placed.
The 3–4 week timeframe is an estimate and may vary due to production, supplier, or shipping delays.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delays
While we work hard to meet our estimated shipping window, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. If there is a significant change to your expected ship date, we will notify you as soon as possible.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the estimated 3–4 week fulfillment timeframe and understand that shipping dates are subject to change.
